欧文康考迪亚大学 Students Called to Active Duty or Receipt of Deployment Orders in the Military Services of the United States:

Service members or spouses of servicemembers who are unable to complete a term due to military orders (including but not limited to deployment orders, activation, PCS, 等)可以退出课程,并获得受影响学期的强制性费用和学费的全额退款.

Students intending to withdraw without penalties must provide the Director of the 马修·汤普森退伍军人资源中心 ((电子邮件保护) and 949-214-3129) and the student’s Program Adviser written notice of intent to withdraw and a copy of the subject military orders. 应提前不少于30天发出通知. 当学生不再上课时, 必须填写适当的退学/退学表格并提交给注册主任办公室. Students who must withdraw outside of the withdrawal period due to military orders may make arrangements with the registrar to override punitive grades.

Students intending not to withdraw but still require a modified schedule can make arrangements with their instructors with guidance from the Deans for final course grades or for incompletes. 如果作出这样的安排, the student's registration shall remain intact and tuition and mandatory fees shall be assessed for the courses in full.

Readmission:

  • (A) A policy that permits any covered individual to attend or participate in the course of education during the period beginning on the date on which the individual provides to the educational institution a certificate of eligibility for entitlement to educational assistance under chapter 31 or 33 of this title and ending on the earlier of the following dates:

    • (ii) The date that is 90 days after the date on which the educational institution certifies for tuition and fees following receipt from the student such certificate of eligibility.

(4) It shall not be inconsistent with a policy described in paragraph (1) for an educational institution to require a covered individual to take the following additional actions:

  • (A) Submit a certificate of eligibility for entitlement to educational assistance not later than the first day of a course of education for which the individual has indicated the individual wishes to use the individual's entitlement to educational assistance.
  • (B)提交使用该权利的书面请求.
  • (C) Provide additional information necessary to the proper certification of enrollment by the educational institution.

军事/退伍军人信用政策
